Mission Statement
The Mission Statement of the Cherokee County DUI/Drug Court is to protect the public safety, and reduce the criminal recidivism rate of repeat DUI offenders through an integrated approach that involves court supervision, substance abuse treatment services, and personal accountability, resulting in positive and long lasting life changes.

Welcome to the DUI/Drug Court website. This website is intended for participant's who are currently in the Cherokee County DUI/Drug Court Program or the Cherokee County Misdemeanor Drug Court Program. There are links to important documents you may need while in the program as well as contact information for the Team Members. Please check back for important updates and announcements. **ATTENTION: DUI/Misd. Drug Court is now located at 154 North Street, Canton GA 30114. Please note our office hours (Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. until noon, closed daily for lunch).
DUI/Drug Court payments are due on the last business day of each month. Money orders, personal checks, and credit card payments (added fee of 4.95%) are accepted. Please ensure your name is clearly written on your payment. Payments can also be mailed to the DUI/Drug Court office (ATTN: DUI/Drug Court, 154 North Street, Canton, GA 30114).
*NOTICE: Effective January 1, 2017 the DUI Court office will no longer accept cash payments. We will accept money orders and credit/debit card payments with an added fee of 4.95%.
